Accommodation
Find below our accommodation overview. Your team captain has already had the opportunity to block an allotment for the team; otherwise, it will be possible to block a room during the registration process. Reservation confirmations will be sent out at the end of January. If you would like a specific hotel that does not appear on the list, please feel free to contact us at event@eurotours.at and we will check availability. Pre- and post-nights are available on request.
Please consider that the registration is only valid with accommodation booking via Eurotours.
UPDATE – Please note that the room contingents are already very well booked, and some hotels are fully booked at this stage. However, there is no need for concern — availability still exists, please contact us via email and we check hotel availability for you.
Airport Shuttle
We offer a shuttle from Munich airport. The shuttle will stop at all booked hotels or central stops.
Price per person and way € 25,00 / Payable with your invoice through Eurotours.

You will receive information about the exact meeting point with your travel documents.
Departure times may be combined if there are too few participants.
The travel time is approximately 2.5 hours, please plan enough time. We assume no liability for delays caused by traffic or similar circumstances.

Cancellation Restriction
Our general terms and conditions apply, along with the following special cancellation conditions:

Until 31.01.2026 – cancellation free of charge
until 06.02.2026 – 50 % cancellation fee of the total booked amount
until 16.02.2026 – 80 % cancellation fee of the total booked amount
after 17.02.2026 and No Show – 100 % cancellation fee of the total booked amount

City Tax
City tax is not included in the rates and must be paid at the accommodation during your stay.

Will take place on Thursday 26.03.2026 at the K3 KitzKongress and starts at 20:00 hrs.
Entrance is inclued it the Registration fee.

Lift ticket
KitzSki offers 10 % discount on lift tickets during the Event.
With your WASC26 ID Card you can buy the discounted lift tickets the gondola station “Hahnenkamm”.
The Ikon Pass is also valid at KitzSki.
For group bookings (20 people or more) it is possible to order 1 to 3 day lift tickets in advance via KitzSki Website.
The order must be done by the teams themselves. There are only lift tickets for 1 to 3 days available (Group Discount).
Nightlife
Club Take Five / daily 1 x drink per person (Hofbräu Beer or Glass Crèmant)

Payment
Payment for the registration fee, accommodation, and any optional services is made individually for each participant through Eurotours.
Payment can be made with bank transfer, VISA or Mastercard. You will get the details with your booking confirmation.
Payment terms:
20 % of the total amount after you received your booking confirmation
80 % of the total amount must be paid 3 weeks before arrival date

Public Transportation
With a valid KitzSki ticket or a ski-network ticket (Snow Card Tirol, Super Ski Card) you can use the ÖBB train service in ski clothing
free of charge between 07:50 am and 06:00 pm on the ÖBB route between St. Johann in Tirl – Kitzbühel Hahnenkamm
and Westendorf – Kitzbühel Hahnenkamm. Service availabe daily.
The ski bus capacities are determined based on the estimated number of guests.
